The Express Guardian Cart is the same high quality cart as our Express Valet Cart, with a special impact- absorbing roof that reduces risk to the aircraft if the cart contacts it.
Additional protection for the aircraft
As with the Express Valet Cart, the Express Guardian Cart roof extends slightly over the shelves and
is completely cushioned with an airfoam perimeter bumper and round corners. In addition, the cart
also has a unique impact-absorbing mechanism inside the roof support posts (US Patent 6,264,219).
This "flexroof" reduces damage to the aircraft in case of direct contact. This protection matters because
the cart is regularly used within a few feet of the aircraft.
Passenger appeal
The cart is attractive and sturdy looking, with large shelves and a high load capacity. Shelves are luggage friendly and protect bags from rain and snow. Optional features include a decal mount on the roof for company logo.
Cost effective
The Express Cart family has been carefully engineered to keep purchase price down without compromising product life. The aluminum structure is corrosion resistant, and will stay looking good for years without rusting or requiring paint. Steel carts often require replacement when their appearance deteriorates over time.
Safety on the tarmac
The Express Guardian Cart is designed to operate safely on the ramp and to minimize risk to the aircraft. The brakes are automatically on and release when the operator uses the push handle - if the operator lets go, the brakes drop into slots and lock, unlike friction brakes, which function poorly in wet, icy or snowy conditions. This keeps the cart in position both at the aircraft and when it is parked.
Capacity and construction
The cart has a 1000 lb capacity, with loading space on two large shelves and on the roof. The cart is manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum with stainless steel fittings and fasteners. Wheels are industrial duty foam-filled tires, chosen for maximum mobility under load, even when conditions are snowy or icy. Components are replaceable - instead of the cart being disposable. Parts are normally shipped within 48 hours.

Comprehensive two-year warranty: Full after- sales assistance applies to each unit, including 48-hour parts delivery in most cases. Adaptive Engineering USA LLC warrants the Express Guardian Cart to be free from manufacturing or material defects for two years from the date the product was invoiced. Damage caused by vandalism or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
